Prices
All prices shown in the website represent the product price. Additional to the product charge, Flowers by Florists apply a standard delivery fee of £ 5.00. All prices and fees include VAT.
Where discounts and charity donations are offered, that offer applies to the produce price excluding delivery fees.
Terms of delivery
Charity offers are for UK mainland delivery only.
For whole UK the order must be placed before 1.00pm UK time in order to guarantee same day delivery. Orders being placed after 1.00pm will be delivered on the next working day or on the future date specified. Deliveries on Saturday afternoons or on Sundays and public holidays. Campgrounds, military bases, boats, sea ports or airports are not in any case possible for same day delivery guaranteed.
As a general rule, delivery takes place on the requested date. However, for following reasons / periods their might be some exceptions:
14 February - St. Valentine's Day: Due to the high order volume on the busiest flower day of the year, orders for St. Valentines Day, particularly to business addresses, may exceptionally be delivered on 12/13 February.
Orders for Mother's Day are generally delivered on the Saturday before. Orders placed at short notice may be delivered on the Monday after.
Christmas and New Year orders are generally delivered 2 - 3 days prior to the requested delivery date.

Delivery address
The Customer is responsible for supplying a valid delivery address and delivery date at which she/he is confident delivery can be made. If known the customer should provide a postcode and the recipient’s contact phone number.
Our products are personally created to order, contain perishable items and not reusable. If an order delivery is attempted but cannot be completed (including refusal to accept order); Flowers-by-Florists will take immediate action to contact the customer and apprise her/him of the situation and request new instructions. The Customer is responsible for arranging redelivery or collection. If the customer fails to make new arrangements or redelivery is again unsuccessful, the conditions of service are deemed to have been completed and therefore not subject to refund. The product will be held for redelivery or collection for a period of 3 days. This does not affect statutory rights.
To ensure that the florist is able to deliver on time, the following additional information, if available, is very helpful: For hospital deliveries; the ward, room number or maiden name if recipient gave birth to a baby. The delivery is only granted to the reception desk of the hospital.
For hotel deliveries; the room number and the name under which the addressee is registered (e.g. group, Mr. and Mrs., etc.). The delivery is only granted to the reception desk of the hotel.
For funeral deliveries; the date and time of the funeral, the name and contact number of the funeral directors. If the latter is not known; the address and time from where the funeral procession starts, or the time and location of the funeral service.
Delivery times
Deliveries guaranteed for a fixed time can only be executed with the prior agreement of our customer service department.
We require desired delivery time details (morning / afternoon) at least 48 hours before the delivery date.
Providing we are supplied with sufficient and accurate information; we guarantee the timely delivery of funeral pieces to the funeral directors or procession starting point for carrying with the precession or for delivery to and display at the location and time of the funeral service, whichever is requested.
Order Confirmation
Within minutes of order placement; we will send to the email address provided, an order confirmation message receipt containing your order number and detailed information of the purchase.
Please do not hesitate to contact our customer service if you do not receive an order confirmation.
Cancellation
Flower orders can be cancelled up to two working days before the delivery date by giving details of the order number. Cancellation after this time can only be accepted in exceptional circumstances, and repayment cannot be guaranteed. Cancellations should be sent by email or by phone to +44 (0)871 231 6512 (customer service department) during normal working hours.
The Flower products
Flowers are seasonal products and therefore subject to availability. Every Flowers-by-Florists bouquet is a work of art, freshly made up especially for you in one of our premium florists shops. You may rest assured that our florists will adhere to the generic product type ordered and that every effort will be made to respect and special instructions for make-up and content.
Guarantee
Customer satisfaction is for our affiliated Florist is very important. The guarantee assures you that all orders are handled by highly qualified florists and are of first-rate quality. All flower arrangements will be fresh and delivered personally.
Nevertheless, should there be any complaint, the addressee can of course contact the delivering Flowers By Florists Florist. The latter guarantees the delivered product for at least three days - 72 hours after delivery - with respect to quality, and will replace the product with another one if the flowers or plants that are the subject of any claim are returned to the shop within this period.
This guarantee is your assurance that your order will be executed with care, and that only the highest quality products will be used. However, should you not be satisfied with the delivery or quality, please let us know within 5 days latest from the date of delivery by contacting the our customer service.

Our reminder service stores your name, e-mail address, first and last name to notify you about upcoming birthdays or other events. Contact information from the reminder service registration is also used to send mailings and information about our company to you if you choose to receive it. Users may opt-out of receiving future mailings in the reminder service registration and at a later time; see the choice/opt-out section below.
We do not store your credit card numbers on our servers. Credit cards are billed immediately at the end of an order process through an encrypted on-line connection with the credit card processing companies.
Special care has been taken to prevent your browser from storing pages with credit card numbers in your browser's internal cache on your hard disk.
